SCHOOL FEES

Please note that you do not need to come to the school to pay your school fees.

Please also check your statement of account in the Parent Portal for updates. Credits owed to families for previous years will be forwarded to the current year.

Workbooks will be distributed in class the first week of school.

HOW TO PAY

Online Payments
You cannot pay through the Parent Portal.
Payments can be made through your bank account EXCEPT if you are with CIBC or RBC. In this case, you must contact Mrs. Christine Rousseau at 819-563-0770 ext. 22056.

Reference number:
-20-digit number (starting with 836) at the bottom of your invoice/statement of account.
-This identifies both the student and the payer.
-The number will the same as long as your child goes to the same school.
-Each child has a unique reference number.
-Each parent has his/her own payment I.D.
-You need to create a supplier for each child.

Payments in person
Payments in cash, debit, credit (additional 2% fee) can be made at school by appointment during regular school hours. Cheques are accepted for Concentration students only. Please call 819-563-770 ext. 22056 to schedule an appointment.
